If you fill in one of our forms as a prospect: your name, email address and mobile number, which page you came from, and — if you answer it — your responses to our survey. Notes an associate makes after speaking to you are stored with your record.

If you sign up as an associate: your name, email address, mobile number, photo, the story you write for your own page, your associate ID, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.

We do not collect payment details on this site, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookies we set keep you signed in and remember that you have already filled in a form.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, or the consent you gave to receive text messages, with anyone else for marketing or promotional purposes. That information is never passed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, and it is never sold.

Associates receive texts only if they asked for them. There are two separate permissions — one for alerts when a lead comes in, one for reminders about team calls and events — and each is its own tick box, off unless you turn it on. Neither is required to have an account.

You can stop them at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by unticking the box on your dashboard, which deletes the record of your consent. Reply HELP to any message for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

To run the thing you signed up for. A prospect's details go to the associate whose page they filled in, so that associate can follow up. An associate's details appear on their own pages and are used to send them their leads.

We send email about your leads, and text messages if you asked for them. Anyone receiving marketing email from us can unsubscribe from all of it, and the link is in every message.

Your details are shared with the associate whose page you filled in. Beyond that we use a small number of service providers to run the site, and only for that purpose: Amazon Web Services for email delivery and file storage, Twilio for text messages, Render for hosting, and OpenAI for the writing and plan-suggestion features. They process data on our instructions and not for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

For as long as you have a relationship with us, and afterwards for as long as we need to answer questions about it. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are required to keep a record — such as proof of the consent you gave to be texted.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from email using the link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP. Any of these — just ask at support.myeliteassociates.com.
