This site is operated by Awaken Legal LLC, trading as Elite Associates. Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Elite Associates is an independent sales organisation. Team members are independent associates of LegalShield and are not employees or agents of it. Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here guarantees any level of income — what anyone earns depends on their own effort.

Information about plans and pricing is given in good faith and can change. The plan documents and the enrollment site are what govern what you actually buy.

Associates are responsible for what appears on their own pages and for keeping their password to themselves. We may remove an account that is used to mislead people or to break the rules the company operates under.

We email you about the leads that come to your pages, and about the team. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and it works on one click.

Text messages are sent only to associates who asked for them, and only from Elite Associates. There are two separate permissions — lead alerts, and reminders about team calls and events — and each is a separate tick box that is off by default. Frequency varies: lead alerts depend on how many people fill in your forms, and reminders are occasional.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. You can also turn either off from your dashboard at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our privacy policy. In short: we do not sell it, and we never share mobile numbers or texting consent with anyone for marketing.
